Easy and elegant sweet, after dinner dessert of fresh figs from backyard tree dipped in chocolate and topped with chopped pistachios.
The season for sweet, fresh figs from my backyard tree isn’t very long and I am taking advantage of every fig I pick letting none go to waste. Since the first larger harvest last week, I am finding just a few that are currently ripe and ready to harvest now. More are coming but today I have just enough to make a few chocolate dipped figs with chopped pistachio nuts.
