Instead of the due-date St. Patrick’s Day birth and because of some medical concerns, the doctor is planning delivery for Monday, February 29th. Yes, that’s leap year. So if it actually happens, this little one will be a Leapling, just like older sister, Chloe who is celebrating her birthday on the actual date this year.
February 29, 2020 POST UPDATE
Joelle Elizabeth did arrive on Leap Day just like her sister Chloe did four years prior. The story of Leap Day sisters delivered by a doctor also born on Leap day has been recently featured in news outlets. You can see a few of them in this video and here on Today.com and Good Morning America.
