Homemade Chocolate pudding
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs. instant coffee granules (optional but it makes the chocolate so much more chocolaty)
- 4 cups cold milk
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
