Inspired by a post on all things paper, Ann Martin has, along with her many beautiful creations, a very clear tutorial for learning this craft.
Paper Quilling
After making and shaping the coils, they are glued and allowed to dry.
Way back in the mid-70’s my mother-in-law and I made many paper quilling projects together. We embellished each others wedding invitations and had them matted and framed.
She displayed it in her home for years
The fruit above and the flowers below are a few of the pieces I saved in a little container that my mother-in-law and I made together many years ago.
But I saved one for You!

The quilling is pretty ~ my favorite is the little candle. What a blessing to have those tiny memories of time spent with your mom.
