Mocha Pudding Parfaits

Kraft Foods Recipe
 
INGREDIENTS
 
  • 1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
  • 1 Tbsp.  MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
  • 1 tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
  • 6 Nabisco Chocolate Wafers, chopped (or other cookies you have on hand)
 

DIRECTIONS

POUR milk into medium bowl. Add instant coffee granules and dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.

SPOON half of the pudding mixture evenly into six parfait glasses or dessert dishes; sprinkle with the chopped wafers. Cover with half of the remaining whipped topping; top with layers of the remaining pudding mixture and the remaining whipped topping.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.

Vanilla Pudding Parfaits

Easy recipe for chocolate mocha pudding parfaits. They are a snap to mix up, taste delicious and low calories too. Perfect and satisfying treat when dieting.Substitute Vanilla pudding and omit the Instant coffee.

I needed to add closer to 2 cups of milk to make the vanilla pudding.

    For some reason, all of the jello products went off the shelves here a couple of years ago and have never been brought back. Don't know why but sure do miss the instant chocolate pudding. :/ Loved the post about your family home. 🙂 Have a great week. Tammy

    Lorraine- Why is it that I always feel fatter when I leave your blog? LOL. I sure love (and have used) some of your recipes! These look great…but I would leave the coffee out. As much as I LOVE my coffee I don't like coffee flavored anything. Isn't that weird? Yes..I know..I.am.weird!! xxoo Diana
