Crochet Wreath Tags

Easy pattern for tiny crochet wreath tags work up in minutes. Sweet embellishments for holiday notes, gift tags or to decorate packages.Super quick ~ Super easy. You can make a stack of crochet wreath tags to decorate your packages in very little time. Make them in any color using tiny amounts of yarn.

Look how sweet the tiny wreath tags look crocheted in a neutral shade and attached to parchment paper. Add a tiny bow in a complimentary color and it is all done!

Tiny Crochet Wreath Tags Pattern

I used worsted weight acrylic yarn for the white wreaths and cotton for the ecru wreaths with a G hook

chain 6
Join with slip st in 1st chain to form circle
Ch 1
15-17 (depending how tight you want your wreath) single crochets in ring
Slip st in first sc
Finish off
Knot ends and cut away extra yarn.

Add tiny ribbon bow. (I used fabric glue but hot glue would work too)
Attach to a folded piece of card stock and you’re finished 🙂

Other cute ways to use the tiny wreaths

Instead of making tags…

Add a tiny pin to the back to wear on clothing.

Add a loop and hang as an ornament.
