Cranberry Orange Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned 
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

In a blender or food processor, combine cranberries, orange, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard, and onion. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.

    Can you tell me what kind of cranberries you used? I have fresh (frozen for now, but would use thawed) and "dried" Craisins.

    I love cranberry & orange combo…what a wonderful idea to have it in a salad dresssing. Making salad dressings is a choice I've made ~ at least I know what goes in and there's no bottle sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. 🙂
