The corned beef brisket is an iconic entree. Add the mustard glaze to balance the saltiness and add even more flavor.  Serve with creamy colcannon, a traditional Irish side dish. Tender cabbage is mixed into the potatoes with milk and butter then topped with crumbled bacon.

    Hi there, All of these foods look incredible. I am 100% Irish and grew up with a traditional meal of Corned Beef, Carrots, Cabbage and dessert. I know that this was not a typical meal in Ireland but I love it all the same.
