Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Crackers
- Simply melt a bag of chocolate disks (I used dark chocolate)
- Spread peanut butter on a cracker and top with another cracker.
- Dip in melted chocolate and place on pan lined with waxed paper.
- Sprinkle with colorful decorations
- Cool in the refrigerator until hardened

Boy do those chocolate covered peanut butter crackers look GOOD and so easy. I'm going to put them on my list to do. Also love the embroidery. I so agree it does go well with Valentines too. I have some things up that are really for Christmas but have alot of hearts in them so use them for Valentines too. Love decorations that can be used for double duty.
