Think on These Things ~ Faith

By Lorraine

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you
1 Peter 5:7

Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall
Psalm 55:22
I saw this acrostic for FAITH on my friend, Deb’s blog, Jeremiah 29:11, and love the simple reminder that God never intends for us to be weighed down by concerns.

1 Peter 5:7 is one of John’s favorite Bible verses.  He is better at forwarding than I and he sometimes reminds me to put on the shield of faith.

Why I need to be reminded of this so often just shows I am not doing what the scripture says..thanks for sharing…I can never hear it enough

The picture is so pretty. My hubby is much better at forwarding than me, too! Please pray for me, my sweet blogging friend. I'm facing a major decision and seeking God's guidance and His will!

A good thought for me- especially today. Our Earthly cares are so burdensome sometimes…yet we hold onto them. Blessings- xo Diana

I need to be doing much more of forwarding my issues to heaven, I seem to want to try to handle them myself first. Lovely post

I think this is great and it's new to me. It would even be something to cross stitch or work on for my art journal. Wise and wonderful words!
Hope you and yours are enjoying a restful weekend.
    Blessings~

This is a wise post and I am doing this more and more. I apologize, as I hit send too quickly and then realized you did not have a linky attached to this post. I quickly edited my post, and am sorry for using your title. Have a beautiful rest of the weekend.
