Sweet Fragrance

By Lorraine

Little hyacinth blooms were popping up in the garden.
I  move this cupful about the house with me to so I can continually sniff their perfume.

How delightful, your cupful of purple! I'm catching up too. We are tending grands in the middle of nowhere and I drop the kids at school and then take my MacBook to the library to check in. My posts are lacking for sure! Your birthday party was delectable too. Loving your mom's 13 too!!!

Thanks for the peek at spring. Here in western NY I am looking out my window at 3 inches of snow and still falling.

Having joined Mosaic Monday this week I am now enjoying blog hopping around the world admiring everyone else's beautiful photography and gaining inspiration. It cheers me when so much of the world around us is in turmoil for one reason or another.

I love your arrangement, thanks for the idea 🙂

I would move that wee bouquet around with me too, if I had it in my house. Gorgeous colour and very pretty container.

Gorgeous pictures. I absolutely love the smell of hyacinths. Every year when they bring in the spring flowers I make sure they set some up by the bakery department so I can smell them all day long.

Such sweet little blooms. Happy birthday to your mom. The birthday menu sounds delish! Poor Raider — sitting so pretty and getting nothing in return. 🙁 Happy Spring to you! 🙂 Tammy

I've got a pot of hyacinths, too, that were a gift from a friend. The aroma is drifting out to me as I type. Every little sniff tells me spring is here.

Hi Lorraine- I tried to post before and got knocked offline! Anyway, your hyacinths are lovely. I think the snow plow took my own "out" by accident this year. I love them. Guess I will have to enjoy yours now! Sure wish I had a Scratch-and-Sniff screen!;>) xxoo Diana
