It’s a most wonderful time of the year

I truly love this time of year. The festivities. The music and the TV shows. The baking. The food. All in preparation for the reason for the season, the birth of the Lord Jesus as a babe.

Trying to keep focused and with the right attitude, while accomplishing the huge to-do list, can be challenging. Fighting crowds, weather and confusion in the store aisles isn’t helpful.

What do they want?

For sure, it is the thought that counts but, in our hearts, we want to give a present that is something that will really be appreciated and enjoyed. That is the hard part sometimes.

Keeping a pulse on the current trends and knowing what recipients want is difficult for parents and grandparents. Some of my favorite adults and teens were more than willing to provide me with many suggestions. They asked their friends to collaborate and within a short period of time they texted me. As I complied the shopping guides, I was pleased to see that almost all of the most requested items were in the low to moderate price range.
