Happy Birthday, Ryan! & a Collection of Porcelain Booties

By Lorraine

This sweet little porcelain bootie is special to me.
It commemorates the day that Ryan Emery joined our family.
Seven years ago today!

I have booties for each of our four daughters

and all but the last three grandchildren.

The lady that made these beautiful booties sold the business and the new owners are not currently operating. I am very sad. Through the years I have purchased many for special keepsake gifts
and really would like to have them for all of our grandchildren.

Happy Birthday, Ryan!

Look how much he’s grown!
♥

    What a precious collection.

My parents had my shoes dipped in bronze, and made to bookends.
My brothers were dipped in bronze and made into a stand up picture frame.
What I'd give to have those, but they've been lost after my mother passed and the house was sold.

Have you tried to order for the extra grands, maybe you can find them online.

    I think they are darling.

What a wonderful idea! I wish I had done something similar when my kids were younger. Your grandson is such a cutie.
