Green Pastures

By Lorraine

Wishing you a peaceful and relaxed Sunday
Psalm 23
A psalm of David
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
    for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk
    through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
    for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
    they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me
    in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
    my cup overflows.
Surely your goodness and love will follow me
    all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
    forever.

    Absolutely beautiful, Lorraine…the watercolor is so peaceful on it's own and placed with this scripture, just perfect. Have a great week 🙂

    We read this at my brother's funeral- it was one of his favorites—and mine, too. xo Diana

    A 16 year old young lady from an orphanage in Romania who speaks little English recited the 23rd Psalm at church this morning. It was so special, especially after hearing about her life history. God is good. Happy SONday!

    A perfect verse for this day; This is the day the Lord hath made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.
    Blessings,
