I heard this poem while listening to Alistair Begg and thought it a great reminder to myself to be careful about my words.
May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.
Psalm 19:14

What a lovely poem of truth.
I am working on staying in the moment and now I am going to add being cautious about what I say.
Thank you,
Laura

So very true. It's not necessary (nor is it a 'right') to say every last thing that one thinks. Thanks for the reminder.

What a great poem and a perfect reminder to do just that. How quickly we speak sometimes, and much we can regret. Oh our tongues how impossible they are to control. Enjoy your day! Oh, and just caught the previous post…happy birthday to that man of yours. Sounded like the perfect day to me!
