I have many things that interest me and a few things that I collect because they bring me joy. Rocks are not one of them. But, we do have a rock collector in the house. Albeit, an unlikely collector. I found this on the floor the other day.
No one noticed that Raider picked it up on his walk. I don’t know what criteria he uses in determining his selection, but he often carries rocks home from his daily walks.
As you can see he was having a great time with his new rock. He doesn’t chew on it but rather paws at it, bats it around and wrestles with it.
I have never known a dog with such personality and playful, quirky ways as Raider.
The other day I hauled out a huge container of stuffed animals that belonged to Abbey. How excited he was to tug out many favorites. I am sure he was planning on adding them to his own brimming basket of lovies. As I was sorting, I would toss one out of the container and he would grab it and toss it back in.
Chores are so much more enjoyable having Raider help! 
Oh, how dull my days would be without the antics of my puppy dog!
One of my dear neighbors had a dog just like yours and his name was Radar! We all marveled at how much personality he had and he seemed almost human. When they moved we missed the whole family and especially Radar. We often requested updates on this little guy. Your puppy looks equally special…it must come with the name. Please keep us updated on his rocky toys and tricks!

What a great gift for you to have a companion that provides so much joy — what a gift for Raider to be able to find play wherever he looks. We should all take a page from his play book.
Dogs have such personaltiy. That's so funny that he carries rocks home. You'd think that would get a little heavy in his mouth.
Raider seems like a fun loving pup and a great friend I am sure.
Well – obviously he must have found one of the old "pet" rocks from the '60s. lol He's so adorable.

How gorgeous! My eldest son used to collect rocks when he was a little boy … he found them absolutely fascinating! Raider seems to find this one endlessly entertaining!

The same thing happened to me with 'Laura's' book. Someone else is waiting for it and it can't be renewed. In a way, I'm relieved. I hate to have to feel pressured, takes away some of the relaxation.

Your Schnauzer looks like he has a larger brain than our. Sadly, our loving Jack is mentally and developmentally challenged. My husband and I adore your mosaic. We are going to show it to our Jack and see if maybe it will help him get his act together, finally.

How cute is that? Love the pictures of Raider with his rock. He looks like he's really enjoying it. Glad to know he has a hobby that keeps him occupied 🙂 I feel the same way about Duke and his antics, life would be dull without them.
What personality Raider has, I so LOVE this~ and how hilarious that he brings home rocks… one of mine brings in pieces of mulch! My day would be dull without my dogs too 🙂
