There are certainly many wonderful facets of aging but it definitely has its share of challenges. Changes that this phase of life brings can come gradually leaving us a bit bewildered and uncertain.
But, how do we do this aging gracefully?
We haven't been here before. It can sometimes seem like we are middle-schoolers just trying to figure it all out without falling apart.
I am right there with you. Officially a senior with a Medicare card to prove it.
