Last summer I made this dip with my granddaughters and a couple of friends. The girls love cooking together and then enjoying the fruit of their labor. It was so pleasant to hear them chat and critique what they made. Young girls are so sweet. They still talk about their favorite dip and I know they have taken the recipe and made it for their families. We also made quiche. If you want the recipe, click Quiche Lorraine.
It is pretty hard to resist a plate of sweet, juicy, seasonal fruit and it is even better with creamy dip. A little like eating lightly sweetened cheesecake. It quickly disappears.
When something looks this good it is much easier to resist a calorie laden dessert. And so much healthier.
It works with any fruit so choose your favorite and mix up colors and textures for a lovely brunch, appetizer tray or just for nibbling. You’ll feel good about serving a healthy treat.Creamy Orange Fruit Dip
