A special joy was meeting new friends. Ruthie and Vernon are life-long friends of Judy and John, and just as I expected, are a sweet and friendly couple.
1 1/4 cups brown Sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4-1/2 white Karo
3/4 – 1 cup water
Bring to a full boil; simmer 5 minutes. Cool 1 hour
1 1/4 lb. peanut butter
3/4 – 1 cup King syrup*
1/2 cup Marshmallow cream
1/4 cup soft butter
